There will be an additional fee for areas that are located outside of our immediate service area.

Other areas may be considered based on our availability.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We use GOOGLE MAPS to determine the distance from our home to yours.

We allow up to 10 minutes of travel (one-way) at no additional cost.

Anything over the allotted time is considered out-of-area and billed accordingly.

BUSINESS HOURS

Due to the nature of our business and the amount of time that we spend on the road,

we do NOT schedule appointments by TIME.

ALL visits are scheduled by TIME FRAME.

The TIME FRAMES are listed below:

EARLY MORNING*: Before 8:30am weekdays/Before 10:00am on weekends and holidays

MID-MORNING/BREAKFAST: 9:00am-11:00am weekdays/10:00am-11:30am on weekends and holidays

MID-DAY/NOON/LUNCH: 11:30am-2:00pm

AFTERNOON: 2:30pm-4:30pm

EVENING/DINNER: 4:30pm-7:00pm

NIGHT*: 7:30pm-9:00pm

LATE NIGHT/BEDTIME*: After 9:00pm (POTTY BREAKS ONLY FOR IN-TOWN RESIDENTS!)

* Indicates visits outside of our normal business hours. An additional fee may apply.

Monday thru Friday(weekdays): 8:30am-5:30pm

Weekends & Holidays: 10:00am-4:00pm

We provide PREMIUM pet care services while focusing on safety, comfort, and well-being.

We will do whatever it takes to keep your furry family members happy, healthy, and safe.

Our pets are our family. We understand that you feel the same about yours.

We PROMISE to take care of your pets as we do our own.

PAYMENT

CASH-ONLY!

As of January 1st, 2024, we will be CASH-ONLY! No checks and no app/digital currency transfers.

Due to the inconsistent clearing times for checks, the problems encountered with apps/mobile deposits, and intermittent internet access

and downtime, we have decided to go back to a CASH-ONLY payment policy. This keeps it simple and fair to all clients.

Payment is due at the start(first visit) of each scheduled service period or at the check-in appointment for private boarding clients.

Late payments will incur a LATE FEE.

NOTE TO NEW CLIENTS: Please be aware that we can not provide service until ALL of the following requirements have been met:

1.) All of our forms have been completed, signed, and in our possession.

2.) For traditional pet sitting/dog walking clients: A working key/access code has been provided.

3.) An initial consultation visit has been conducted in your home for all traditional pet sitting/dog walking clients

4.) Payment has been made no later than the first scheduled visit or at the time of check-in.

5.) A non-refundable 50% cash deposit has been made to reserve the private boarding room. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES.

6.) A confirmation/invoice is sent to clients once the service has been scheduled. It is up to you to confirm and/or make changes, if needed, as soon as possible.

No response indicates that the service is booked as requested and the client is fully responsible as the service is booked.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional fee for ALL services that are performed on a holiday

whether it is a Federal holiday or not.

We ask that you please respect our policies.

We do NOT get any paid vacations, sick or personal time-off, or any other "benefits".

It is quite simple: if we don't work, we don't get paid.
Just an FYI: It is standard practice for businesses to pay employees time and a half for working on holidays.

TO OUR FOSTER/EMERGENCY PET CARE FUND!

Berkshire Pet Pals, LLC will continue to foster pets in need at our own expense.

This fund helps us to provide pet care services, supplies, and obtain veterinary treatment for the foster pets(cats and dogs) that we take in and care for. We will find good homes for them once they are stable and ready for their forever home. Once in our custody, they will NEVER be surrendered.

If you know of a stray or abandoned pet that needs shelter, vet care, or a good home, please feel free to CONTACT US.

Our space, availability, and resources are VERY LIMITED, but we will always work with you to find the best possible solution for the pets!

If you or someone you know should find yourself in extenuating circumstances and need pet care services, foster care, or temporary care for your pet(s), please CONTACT US.
