We make small batches so that all products are FRESH. Each batch is thoroughly tested and inspected prior to packaging. Batch numbers are on all products.

While our products are formulated to be gentle, there may be some individuals that may have sensitivities and/or adverse reactions to certain plant, animal or other natural ingredients. Please be sure to read the labels before using any products. If you should have any known or suspected sensitivities to any of the ingredients listed, please refrain from using the product. If any redness or irritation develops, please discontinue use and consult with your health care professional.
All of our products are intended for external/topical use only and should be used with the same discretion and caution used when buying and using commerical brand products. The consumers must use their total discretion and sole responsibility.
Our products are handcrafted. As a result, there may be some slight and natural variations between batches.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to let us know. We will be glad to provide an even exchange (for another item of equal or lesser value) or issue a credit to your account to be used towards a future purchse. If damage has occured during shipping, pease let us know within 24 hours of receipt so that we may file a claim with the United States Postal Service. All products are shipped via USPS.
All packages are shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate and tracking/shipping information is provided via e-mail.
