OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Berkshire Pet Pals, LLC is committed to providing exceptional pet care services that are affordable while ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of your pet.  We've built our business based on honesty, integrity and reliability.  We will continue to raise awareness and promote the standards of the professional pet sitting industry and our own animal welfare efforts.

Our Goal is to compassionately support our clients in their pet parenting responsibilities through example, teaching and education.

Our Aim is to be a trusted friend, companion and caregiver for all pets entrusted to us.  As a family-oriented and home-based business, we will treat your pet as we do our own (with lots of love, attention and affection!).

Our Focus is to provide a positive and healthy experience to meet the social, emotional and physical requirements of your pet.  Plenty of quality time based on your pets needs is guaranteed.

Our Strength comes from our exceptional team of trained and certified pet care professionals who truly love and care for all pets.  We are proud pet lovers serving fellow pet lovers.

Our Passion is to collaborate with members of our community to raise awareness and support for the health, safety and the quality of life for ALL animals.

We are PROUD to announce that we now have an EMERGENCY PET CARE FUND for those who need emergency pet care services (pet sitting, dog walking, private boarding, etc.), but are having temporary financial difficulties.  Whether you have a medical emergency, family crisis or any EMERGENCY situation, we may be able to HELP! 

This is a privately funded project and resources may be LIMITED.  There are no guarantees that funds will always be readily available.  In cases where there are multiple applicants and limited resources, the funds will be distributed on a case-by-case and/or first-come, first-serve basis.
