Our Cancellation/Change Policy
We have a $50/50%, whichever is MORE cancellation/change policy.
We kindly ask that our clients provide us as much advance notice as possible for ALL cancellations and/or changes.
Clients who provide us with at least the minimum (the required number of days or MORE) advance notice will not be charged.
Those who provide LESS THAN the required advanced notice are responsible for $50/50%, whichever is MORE.
Those who cancel or change services after a scheduled service period has started (while the service is in session) will be responsible for the
FULL SCHEDULED SERVICE PERIOD PLUS A $20 LAST MINUTE BOOKING/CHANGE IN SERVICE FEE.
Please remember that we have very limited private boarding space. When we you make reservations and book services, we block-out the room/schedule to accommodate your request.
As a result, we must turn away other clients that request the same time frame, so as not to overbook or double-book. Last minute changes/cancellations often result in a loss of revenue and potential new clients.
Those who make partial changes, whether it is cancelling or adding visits, without providing us with the recommended advanced notice
will be subject to a $20 LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE in addition to our $50/50%, whichever is MORE cancellation/change policy.
While we always do our best to accommodate our clients,
we can not guarantee that we will be available to accommodate any last minute changes.
ALL changes must be approved and confirmed IN WRITING with an updated confirmation/invoice from us.
If your plans should change and you have not confirmed them with us in advance,
then you will be responsible for the full scheduled service period AND any additional fees that may apply.
SINCE ALLCHECK-INS/CHECK-OUTS ARE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY,
IF YOU SHOULD MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT(>/< 30 minutes), YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US A.S.A.P. TO RESCHEDULE.
In most cases, we can reschedule for the same day.
In some cases, you may need to wait until the next business day.
Additional fees may apply.
NOTE: If you should cancel/reschedule your private boarding service and have prepaid, we will apply a credit to your account.
This credit will be used towards the next private boarding service if it is rescheduled within 30 days.
We may make exceptions based on our availability, but will only allow ONE cancellation/reschedule per client.
No cash refunds.
Long-term clients who pay on a weekly or monthly basis will be billed for any remaining scheduled services on the final invoice and payment is due upon check-out.

SCHEDULING/REQUESTING SERVICES IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ARE FULLY AWARE OF ALL OF OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
